How does it work?

The key component is a 6m stainless steel coil submerged in boiling water. Juice flows through the coil and heats rapidly to the required temperature (e.g. apple juice at 75°C). After bottling, it cools quickly to preserve natural flavour and nutrients. Capacity: 60–80 L/h.

⚠ Safety: The pasteuriser must only be used by an adult wearing protective equipment (work clothing, gloves, boots). All equipment is very hot during operation.
